Foothill Covenant Church

Foothill Covenant Church is part of the Evangelical Covenant Churches in the U.S. and Canada and has sister churches in on the Peninsula, in the South Bay, and Santa Cruz. It also belongs to a regional conference, the Pacific Southwest Conference that coordinates church planting, camping, and leadership development. Our members come from a broad range of denominational and non-denominational backgrounds. We welcome into our church family all who confess Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord as well as those who are exploring what it means to have such a relationship with God. The most complete gathering of our congregation happens on Sunday mornings at 10: 30 a.m. in worship. Our worship reflects the diversity of our church body, with a blend of traditional and contemporary styles of worship that included hymns, praise songs, traditional liturgy and informal times of sharing and prayer. Children are a vital part of our worship. They attend the early part of the service for singing and prayer and a children's story before they go to classes and child care. There are a number of other smaller gatherings during the week for study, fellowship, and service in the church and in our community. We believe that God is calling us to bless our community by offering ourselves as agents of transformation in the community. Our weekly church service ( Sunday at 10: 30 am ) in the sanctuary reflects the diversity of our church body, with a blend of traditional and contemporary styles of worship that includes hymns, praise music, traditional liturgy and informal times of sharing and prayer. Children's classes and child care are provided during the service.
