My names Rodolfo Jimenez owner of Food Street Su Jaime ive worked in Gordon Biersch Brewing Company since 1993 started as a dishwasher, a couple months later moved up too prep, than became a cook. About 10yrs later i became the cheff. I worked a total of 28 yrs for this company. I finally decided too open up my own lunch truck.
