If things going quick they will yell at you about how they have you prisoner until a certain time, however when they are running late (frequently) you're only option is to leave without payment....

For $40 a focus group, this place is not worth the rudeness and unprofessionalism. Their moods are always horrific. Make sure to kiss their ass or they won't be nice to you.
