FLX Physique was originally located in a studio in the beautiful neighborhood of Brentwood in Los Angeles. We've now expanded to offer outdoor yoga classes throughout the city and for workplaces, hotels and rehabilitation centers. Owner and mama Jessica Surface began offering mommy & me yoga and fitness classes after having her daughter in 2016. We work with all levels and hope to see you in class sonn! Namaste

This studio is in a martial arts studio. Although it's clean and the staff from the martial arts studio is very friendly, I wasn't sure what to expect because it wasn't just a pristine yoga...
