We officially started in January 2014 and are just chugging along and spreading the food!

Floating Lettuce handcrafted eats is a new small batch San Francisco Bay Area food company specializing in plant based foods. We make pre-packaged dehydrated goodies as well as delicious deli items, meals and desserts. All of our food is made with Organic ingredients and does NOT contain any wheat, gluten, dairy or peanuts. We do monthly and bi-monthly home/office deliveries as well as custom boxes, gift boxes and shipments (of our dehydrated goods only) anywhere in the U.S. Our products can be seen at some local markets and festivals as well! Look for us at the 2014 World Veg Festival October 11th and 12th!
