I absolutely love Delta Life Fitness this place is amazing.. it's not your typical gym, everyday is a different workout and the best part is you can go at your own pace and it's only 30mins a day....

We started Flexx Fitness in 2018 with the goal of helping women in Temecula conquer their weight loss goals once and for all. We're regular women who have transformed our bodies and lives through fitness, and now we want to share that experience with you.
