Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he'd want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company's mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don't believe us, just ask the Lee family - they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

The food alone was the worse part of the experience. The location was clean and calm. When we got our food, the veggies were just washed and uncooked. The chicken was so dry even trying to mask it...

The people working are very friendly and kind. My food tho was not great. The meat tasted cold and not fresh. I've had flame broiler at other locations and never had this problem.
