Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. Took my bike, said it would be a couple days. Didn't communicate with me about what was going on, and turns out they couldn't fix it. Kept it...

It would be nice if a real person answered the phone instead of "Push 1" for this or that....and then no message is able to be left.
