In 2012, I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as TRX Suspension Training, a unique training method utilizing only your bodyweight. I have competed in the NPC Figure division, and have experience working with a wide range of clients - including bodybuilding competitors, teenagers involved in school sports, as well as elderly and post-surgery clients working on improving functional strength and mobility. I specialize in one-on-one personal training, but I can also accommodate partner training as well as outdoor boot camps. My personal method is to focus on creating sustainable habits that not only help you to reach your fitness goals, but allow you to do so in the healthiest way possible. I like to focus on optimizing hormonal function through proper nutrition and utilizing the correct weight training and cardiovascular training techniques, in order to get your body working for you rather than against you. By building strength and teaching your body to work more efficiently, diet and exercise begins to feel less like work and more like a rewarding lifestyle that you can truly love and look forward to.
