This is a well equipped gym. They have free weights, weight machines, a small but functional cross fit area, sauna, basketball, cardio machines, etc... you name it they have it. Some issue are...

There is a trainer here named John that takes up machines for hours and doesn't use them. This bag is sitting at a machine every day for more than 2 hours. The staff refuses to teach this person...

Firt review and felt it was necessary. First off, great gym. Plenty of space and equipment. It does get a little busy in the evenings but I normally get in there around 0430 so it's not so bad....

Poor customer service to say the least, the female over the phone, the female I had spoken with over the phone with was very unhelpful, I had called to ask about a qoute to maybe switch over there...
