History

Hello ! My name is Cesar Navarro. I am a dedicated Fitness Trainer who's life changed once I found fitness through the support of an amazing trainer once upon a time. I remember in 2010 quarterly crisis in my life where change was needed. So I began seeking just that a new life, career path and little did I know it was in my face , FITNESS ! Not only just physically, mentally and emotionally it all clicked. Fitness was my route to go and indeed I listened to my instinct and my heart. I checked back into school to pursue a full time career in the fitness industry. Fast forward while in school I began to plan out my independent business. As I approached graduation I decided to skip the corporate world and put all my time and energy into creating my own. FitLuxLA Wellness was born and felt I was prepared to take on all challenges and tribulations I may encounter. My purpose is to guide and motivate others to change their lives through health and fitness.
