We specialize in body maintenance and preventative care for our patients. All of our services are by appointment only. We do this to ensure each client gets the one on one attention they need to rebuild, maintain, and push forward. The services we provide are pilates reformer sessions that helps with flexibility and also strengthening of all the over worked muscles. We also have trigger point therapy which helps release inflammation of the muscles as helps with mobility of muscles. We also have strength conditioning sessions that help with body control and strength. We have monthly packages starting at $55 and that includes the services written above. FitFix Wellness strives to educate the client in all aspects of training for enhanced performance and overall wellness.
