HistoryAnn Rockeman and Vicki King wanted to combine specialties to bring clients a small, comfortable setting that would provide excellent customer service in a non-threatening atmosphere where cardio, strength, nutrition and flexibility were combined. Clients can take part in all or part of any service offered. Ann and Vicki additionally wanted to give those individuals struggling with weight loss and obesity a place where they could work with others in like situations to work together as a group where they could share frustruations, challenges, and victories. Clients of all fitness levels are welcome to Integration Fitness.SpecialtiesIntegration Fitness specializes in excellent customer servcie. We provide private and semi-private strength training classes, spin, yoga, and treadmill classes, as well as the latin-inspired Zumba class. Additionally, we offer nutritional counseling and have lengthy experience working with obese and morbidly obese individuals. We work with the whole person, offering a stress-free environment, in a picturesque setting located across from the Torrey Pines Preserve. Our customers journey to health and fitness is our number one priority.
