I have been a volunteer fitness instructor for a few years at the company I work for and non profit organizations, but now I started my own business to help the rest of the world achieve their full mental and physical potential.

Offering 2 classes: Mommy & Me Fitness class, focuses on bonding with your child & teaching them self confidence. Booty Lifter class for adults, focuses on toning and contouring the glute muscles to achieve the best looking booty.
