F.I.T. PRC is a corporate fitness facility located on the Pacific Research Center's campus in Newark, CA. It offers a superb group exercise program with experienced instructors teaching a variety of classes, as well as personal training services and a complete range of cardio and strength training equipment.

nice small gym at PRC, clean, nice personnel, I zoom in Fremon early in the morning to get there at 6am openning time.
