Today First United Methodist Church ( FUMC ) Santa Barbara is a vibrant, warm, inviting church that invites you to experience the love of God through Jesus Christ every Sunday morning in worship and in Church School, and throughout the year in an ever-expanding variety of education, fellowship, music, and compassionate missions programs. We give thanks for these avenues for worship, study, and fellowship and realize that Christian discipleship and stewardship are intrinsically interwoven in our personal faith journeys. As members of the church we understand and view our contributions of financial resources, time, and talent in all areas of our lives as expressions of Christian stewardship.
