If I could give less than 1 star I would. In the 2 years I've been dealing with them I have tried to refinance my loan to a lower rate 7 times, 7! Each time they dragged their feet to the point...

Run away from these people! They are very nice and helpful when you go to get your loan but once you sign they forget about you and don't have time to answer any questions. As first time homeowner...
