Andres joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in April 2019, following a four-year career in the United States Marine Corps where he assisted in aiding the Japanese families impacted by the 2011 Fukushima Daiichi disaster. A graduate of Stanford University, College of the Desert and the University of California, San Diego, Andres holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses. Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Andres works closely with his clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Andres is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey. Active in his community, Andres is a volunteer for the Armed Services YMCA. In his free time, Andres enjoys weightlifting, bike riding, long boarding, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, traveling, hiking, beer, tacos, self-improvement, reading, meditation and spending time at the beach.
