History

The original First Class Pizza was opened in 1985 in Villa Park, CA. At age 15, I started working there. I started as kitchen help. I worked my way up through delivering pizzas and shortly after, managing the store. I graduated college in 1995 and was set to work in the financial field. Tustin Ranch started developing at the same time and our shopping center was just being built. I always loved working in the pizza shop and was not looking forward to spending 9-5 in an office environment. In 1995 I started First Class Pizza in Tustin Ranch and never looked back. Twenty years later, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

We have been serving Tustin and Irvine for over 19 years. Our Philosophy is simple: Use only the finest quality ingredients to craft the best pizza. First Class Pizza starts with dough that is made fresh daily on site. Our sauce is mixed with a special blend of eight herbs and spices. We use only 100% mozzarella cheese . Fresh vegetables are the finest quality available. All our meats are lean, and meet our strict specifications. First Class Pizza does not count or weigh toppings, we cover the pizza completely.
