Specialties

First Class Fumigation, Inc. is a specialty subcontractor, performing structural termite fumigation services for Pest Control companies in the Greater Bay Area and Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. In structural fumigation, the residence or commercial building is covered and secured with special tarps, and termites are eradicated with sulfuryl fluoride gas. Pest Control Companies contract First Class Fumigation to provide this service for their customers when termites are found during a termite inspection. First Class Fumigation does not contract with the homeowner directly. Please contact your Pest Control Company and request First Class Fumigation as your fumigation team.
