Horrible customer service... We've been member since 2006... we sold our car and loan needed to be changed.. We were Unaware and we have been having a lot of fraud problems with the bank lately....

Horrible bank! They frozen all my accounts to settle a minor loan adjustment! After 19 years with them, it's just business, I get it.

This bank is literally incompetent. Don't even waste your time. Any other credit union will take care of your finances better. Ffcu is nothing but a constant headache.

Love our bank! Always the best customer service and interest rates. We've been customers for over 10 years and even though we moved out of state we kept them as our bank.
