We opened our first affiliate in Grants, NM in 2013 with the idea of educating people on not just the importance of fitness but importance of creating a healthy lifestyle. On a mission to pursue our passion in Health and Fitness and also in acting we made the move to LA 2015. Now after being here for almost 3 years we would like to continue educating people on the importance of nutrition, exercise, and smart choices that not only takes place in the gym but transfers out into the real world as well.

We believe the combination of a well-rounded fitness regime and a balanced nutritional lifestyle builds a strong foundation for a healthy body, mind and spirit. A strong foundation makes for building the best version of yourself. Our services target three important elements of fitness; cardiovascular/endurance, mobility/flexibility and body/weight-training. Not only for adults but we also offer CrossFit for KIDS and classes for the elderly (55yr+). It's a one-stop fitness studio for the whole family. And the best part... a class is 1 hour with a wide schedule for convenience. Come TRY 3 for FREE!
