History
We started as a Bikram Yoga studio in 2006 when there was only one other yoga studio in downtown Los Angeles. Downtown has grown so much over the years. Many more yoga studios have popped up. We have changed- we changed our name in 2019 to Fire Hot Yoga. But, we have kept with our mission to create community and be of service to our community with our traditional hot yoga classes. They are always challenging, detoxing, calorie burning and transformational.

Hot Yoga & Cryotherapy in a beautiful, peaceful environment in the heart of downtown L.A. just across the street from the Disney Concert Hall. Validated Valet Parking included. The staff is welcoming, helpful and supportive. This was my first time taking hot yoga. I would definitely recommend this class. Love it.
