This clinic is established in the premise that I could help people more efficiently by allotting more time with you before session to truly understand what your issues are and purpose for the visit; during session so that I can fully address those issues; and after each session to ensure we achieved the results you seek. It also allows me the freedom to use an array of techniques not typically offered in regular, member-based facilities to create a fully personalized and customized treatment for your specific need with each visit.

Sessions are customized specific to your needs, integrating various techniques including deep tissue, trigger point, sports, myofascial release, cupping, stretching/table Thai, etc. Owner is certified in all modalities offered and specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) and Complete Lymphedema Therapy. Also offers Assisted (ALT) Lymphatic Therapy. Full Spectrum Infrared sauna and Bemer Therapy are offered to support various aspects of your health journey. For faster post workout recovery, air compression therapy (Normatec) is also available.
