I can certainly understand why this particular store is rated 3 stars. The staff DOES NOT answer the phone. Automated service with all the wrong options just to avoid customers is ridiculous.

Arrived at 1:40 on. Friday, hours are 10 am-6:00 pm but they were closed for lunch for over 40 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous! Will never come back to this location!
