Its no wonder so low stars what horrible service purchased a bear break two days ago and today went on sale 30% less I was told by manager sorry they have no policy to credit or goodwill basically...

DO NOT SHOP HERE, terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes online, they never got delivered because of an error in the shipping label and they never recent only issued a store credit...

Purchased a youth sweatshirt from the store (Fear of God), it has been worn ONCE time, purchased a month ago, the letters in Essential are all starting to peel off. Tried to see what they could do...
