Park looks cool and kudos for having a 9/11 memorial however... it's not open to the public. There are private property signs and the gate is locked. It says that it's available for rent. I...

Park is not open to the public! We where visiting from from of town and this looked like a nice place for my 2 yr old to get some energy out before the ride home, showed him a picture of the fire...
