Fatamorgana Gelato

We are a small brand, made of passionate and committed individuals, who believe food should nourish, excite, enhance health and grow sustainably. We prepare our Gelato from scratch in Studio City with traditional techniques, using cutting edge equipment and uncontaminated food of the highest quality, protecting nutritional value. Only fresh, natural ingredients, bought locally, go into the making of our gelato: fresh fruit, chocolate, herbs, spices, nuts, honey, cane sugar, milk, cream, eggs and water. All our products are 100% gluten free, even our cones. We always have 66 flavors on display, 24 of them are Vegan, two flavors change daily. Our items are FREE FROM: artificial preservatives, thickeners, artificial flavors or colorants, emulsifiers, ripening agents, growth hormones, semi-processed bases or pastes or any additives. In Studio City we have our manufacturing Lab which is in full view of our customers with a counter for clients to watch Katyna our chef/owner making gelato.
