Poor customer service. No office receptionist, just a recording Stephanie/owner doesn't respond to my emails or phone messages about an existing policy. I would not recommend Stephanie to anyone.

Stephanie is not communicative nor answers calls after several attempts to call her. I'm addition, a quote was made for my vehicle which more than doubled my monthly car insurance payments....
