Avoid. Rude. Doesn't answer questions. Yells at you for asking questions in my experience. I switched agents right away because I do not take such disrespect.

Called in with some questions today and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. Refused to answer my questions and hung up. Would definitely not do business with them.

Please AVOID her. She is rude and doesn't address your questions. All she cares is the payments. She refused to cancel policy for you. Worst of the worst!

Lies lies and lies ! The only time she will be nice to you is when she reminds you to pay her for next years insurance. Otherwise this is a useless agent. And if you cancel, she will not help you...
