History

Farm Stay Inn at Blackbird Farm is dedicated to educating the public about sustainable living, agriculture, and livestock. Blackbird Farm is non-profit organization that operates as an educational farm for urban youth during the school year. While at the farm, students learn about sustainable farming, teamwork, and the beauty of nature. All proceeds from the Farm Stay Inn go directly back to fund Blackbird Farm in order to help maintain these amazing programs for our students. Visitors leave with a greater knowledge of agriculture and an appreciation for small-scale organic farming in California. We hope to share this beautiful place with you.

Specialties

Escape to the country to relax and explore the serenity of Blackbird Farm. Each of our eight individually decorated cozy guest cabins features a wood-burning fireplace to keep things warm in the mountain air. Take a walk on our property that extends over 250 acres through the redwood trees and rolling hills. Hang out by our lake and watch our horses graze the pasture. At night grab a seat next to our fire pit and be amazed at how bright the stars shine with a bottle of wine.
