Farm Sanctuary

Farm Sanctuary's 26-acre Southern California Sanctuary is located on a beautiful hacienda ranch in Acton, just 45 minutes from Hollywood. Farm Sanctuary is home to rescued cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, and other farm animals. Their stories of struggle and survival, against all odds, give insight into the realities farm animals face in the modern food system and also introduce us to inspiring individuals through their heartwarming tales. During your visit, you can take an hour-long tour of the shelter with one of their sanctuary guides, meeting the rescued residents along the way! After meeting your new farm animal friends, visit the Sanctuary Shop, which contains educational literature, cookbooks, apparel, and other souvenirs. Advance registration is required. Guided tours are offered year-round on Saturdays, Sundays, and select Fridays. Visits are approximately an hour long and start promptly! Please plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your tour.
