I went in to get my ends trimmed, refresh my layers and wanted bangs. She showed me how much she was cutting which was about 1 1/2in to 2in and I was fine with it. Well... she completely butchered...

Dont bother making appts because they always make you wait. Even if you do have an appt, they dont respect your time. Poor service.

So I have some major anxiety with hair cuts, as silly as that may sound to some. But it's an issue I try to deal with by making an appointment, looking at reviews and having what I want in mind....
