In 2009, Cecilia Tsang and Eric Sayre originally partnered to form the firm after working together for years at another Sacramento area estate planning and estate settlement law firm. In 2015, Cecilia Tsang took over the firm and started a new new chapter with the assistance of an associate attorney and support staff.
