Waited since 1/23 to see Dr Tan, after waiting for an hour and a half. I went up to the window, just for them to tell me that I had no appointment on file. I was the only name they did not cross...

I was going to give this clinic a two during my wait time. I had a 0945 appointment time and didn't get seen until 11am. But I understand a lot of places being understaffed and being in COVID...

Very bad experience. Very bad customer service . Takes forever !! So bring snacks and a charger because it's a loooooong wait ... very disappointing! Never again !
