History

Family First Hospice, Inc. is a family-owned and operated corporation located in Paramount, CA; servicing Los Angeles County and have since expanded our services to San Bernardino, Orange and Riverside Counties. Our primary focus is to deliver the highest quality care to your loved ones during their final stages of life caused by a terminal illness. Our team is comprised of a highly accomplished group of professionals trained in their respective fields and we entrust them to provide the best care possible to every one of our patients during their time of need. We understand that choosing the right hospice can be a very stressful task, but with Family First Hospice, Inc., you are not alone. Compassion is our priority.

Hospice care is a patient and family-oriented approach that includes a dedicated team and specialized services. At Family First Hospice, each of our team members focuses on the patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We develop a specialized care plan that meets each patient's individual needs for pain management and symptom control. The primary goal of our team is to help keep our patients as pain-free as possible within their finals stages of life. Family First Hospice Team: Physicians, Nurses (RN and LVN), Medical Social Workers, Spiritual/Minister Counseling, Therapist (PT, OT, ST), Bereavement Coordinator, Volunteers Family First Hospice also provides the following services: Pharmacy, Medical Supplies and Equipment, Hospice Aide, Medical Management, Symptoms and Pain Management, Dietician, & more.
