Husband's and my experience here was so so. Wasn't horrible but wasn't knock your socks off. Cashier seemed stand offish but I don't blame her what so ever! (Per location) but AT least put a smile...

They won't even answer the phone for a product related question!! They just won't answer!! Been to the family dollar on Clinton and Blackstone and there is ALWAYS a cashier on stand by to help....
