Families & Communities Together

Families & Communities Together (FaCT) is a network of Family Resource Centers (FRCs) in Orange County, California, that have been strengthening families since 1994. Operated collaboratively by multiple agencies, including hospitals, non-profits, and cities, these FRCs offer a range of services to families in their own neighborhoods, building a high level of trust within the community.

As a public-private partnership program of the County of Orange Social Services Agency, FaCT works with over 100 community partners to provide training, strategic planning, and support, aiming to reduce the risk of abuse and neglect. By working together, FaCT and its partners strive to create a preventive approach that serves and strengthens families, ultimately fostering a healthier and more connected community.
