All instructors are certified and have extensive experience working with rehab, strength, conditioning, physical limitations and fitness levels. We incorporate vibrational training through the use of the Power Plate to improve circulation, muscle activation, strength and balance.

What a great studio! Beautiful, organized, clean, machines are all in excellent shape and well taken care of. Everyone is so nice and friendly! Lots of options for classes and levels!
