It offers emergency attendant services 24 hours a day, seven days week. The facility also provides wheelchair-accessible transportation solutions. Easy Does It Emergency Services also offers independent living assistance solutions. The facility has answered more than 30,000 service calls. It provides scheduled nonemergency transportation solutions in collaboration with Berkeley Paratransit Services. Easy Does It Emergency Services provides assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing and undressing. It also offers Meal preparation and Mobility assistance services, as well as administers a case management program.

East Bay Rental Housing Association (EBRHA) is a nonprofit organization based in Oakland, CA, dedicated to advancing the rental communities of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties through education, resources, and advocacy. With a focus on promoting fair, safe, and compliant residential rental housing, EBRHA offers city-specific education, property management support, a rental housing forms library, networking opportunities, and state and local advocacy for its members.
