Earlier this year I took about 10 pairs of dress-pants to be hemmed for my grandfather. Every single one of the pant hems have come undone. Not worth the money.

I been supporting this business since they opened doors. In many cases they messed up my alterations. Almost all of my suits were jacked up. Each time I spend $400 plus for 10 to 12 items. Instead...

Adding to response: Christina, please do not lie. I called at 4:40pm today and you said over the phone that the dress was still being hemmed and it won't be ready until 6pm when the promised time...

The hours state that they are open on Sunday. Went to pickup dry cleaning for the day and they are closed. Terrible.
