From its beginnings with a staff of two, River City Staffing specialized in placing Temporary and Temp-to Hire Administrative professionals in a demanding market. It has since grown into what is now, River City Group, Inc. It is one of the largest locally, woman-owned, specialized employment firms in the Sacramento Area with three strategic staffing divisions: River City Staffing, Accounting Solutions and RCS Executive Search. With its corporate offices located in Sacramento, River City Group, Inc. provides a full range of professional staffing services including Payrolling, Employment Screening, Outsourcing and Career Counseling to Sacramento's business community. Over the past 13 years, Cindy Coelho-Bunker has built her company into a multi-million dollar organization that has assisted thousands of job seekers with their careers through career counseling and securing employment opportunities. Even through theSpecialtiesRiver City Staffing Group Inc. consists of three divisions including River City Staffing which specializes in the placement of administrative professionals on a temporary, temp to hire and full-time placement basis, Accounting Solutions which specializes in the placement of accounting and finance professionals on a temporary, temp to hire and full-time placement basis and RCS Executive Search that specializes in the direct placement of executive level accounting, finance and human resource professionals, and all levels of administrative placement. We are locally owned and operated and have been servicing the Sacramento area since 1999.
