History

I bought my first investment property in 2014. Initially I hired property managers to manage my properties but they didn't do the job properly. They hired wrong tenants, didn't do repairs promptly, overcharged me for repairs, didn't ensure that property was taken care of. This caused me to lose a lot of money due to rent loss and property damage. So I decided to manage my properties myself. I have been doing so for past 6 years and I take great care of my properties and tenants. Overtime, I have built up a trusted group of contractors that I use to get repairs/upgrades done. Since I use them all the time, I get preferential rates from them. So now I have decided to offer my services to other property owners out there who are also frustrated by lack of good property managers and want a honest and ethical property manager for their properties.
