Excel Salon and Spa was previously owned and ran for years by their previous owners in the La Puente Mall in City of Industry, Ca. It is now currently under a new wonderful ownership and management. They are still located in the La Puente Mall and is working on building a team of wonderful manicurist, estheticians, hair professionals, and day makers to give the best service their clients.
