Great gym!!! Came by to try a class Everyone was very nice and helpful. Will definitely becoming back. I am sure they can help me evolve into the person I want to be :)

Gym was founded in 2004 as full service Mixed Martial Arts gym. Offering MMA training and fitness training for all levels and ages. We have produced numerous Professional and Amature fighters, and helped many adults and children develope self defense skills and self confidence. We have also had numerous success stories for weight loss and body sculpting. We are the original MMA and Fitness gym in Monrovia with the best of everything.
