Good alternate from the usual gyms (la fitness, 24 hour fitness, etc...). All the trainers are friendly and polite. Equipment is in good order. Gym is for personal training only so one cannot walk...

A private gym, quietly set among other businesses- you would never know its there. Well, thats not totally true. The grunts, sweat, and motivation are an example of the various sounds heard here....

Eric is a Monster (as in Monster energy drink). He's the best trainer on the planet but he dresses funny.
