Originally the business was started in 1987, however, we saw a need for affordable flat fees evictions for both Individual Landlords and Master Tenants. With the climate of the economy today many are renting to roommate's who then do not pay the rent, or create a nuisance, or other violation of the Rent Ordinance, and the high cost of attorney's fees is not affordable to them. Too many Master Tenants have lost their rent controlled apartments because of roommates, and too many small landlords cannot afford the high cost of attorney's. We have combined our years of experience and knowledge in San Francisco, and reduced those fees by 75%.
