Specialties: Massage therapy & Yoga Therapy I've been a full-time, self-employed professional massage therapist for 20 years. 'What type of massage do you do?' is the first question most people ask. One of my clients recently said, 'There are a lot of people who do massage, but no one does what you do.' My gift of touch is grounded on the foundation of safety, adaptability, intuition and consistency. My specialty is being able to customize sessions to the specific needs of the individual. My tool box of techniques includes: swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, Esalen, energy balancing and pre/post natal. Yoga Therapy is an individualized healing modality using the yoga tools of breath-centered gentle movements, visualization, meditation, sound healing and dietary & lifestyle counseling to achieve health goals and living a life being clear, calm & alert.
