History
It was a beautiful summer night in 2012 in Florence, Italy. I ventured out to grab a bite to eat. I don't remember the street or the restaurant's name or what I had for dinner, but to this day I remember how delicious the dessert was. And yes, it was a cheesecake. And yes, I did ask the waitress to see if she can get the recipe from the chef for me. And she did. After few changes here and there I came up with my own version of the cheesecake that I am proud to present to you. Handmade in San Diego, CA.

We bring to you true taste of the freshest and simplest ingredients that come together in a form of creamy, rich, yet delicate and full of flavor cheesecake. The cheesecake is GLUTEN FREE and can be made sugar free. The crust is a traditional graham cracker crust. We deliver in the San Diego area. We fulfill orders for 1 or 100 cheesecakes.
