While this experience was incredibly rewarding, she knew that taking the leap of faith to pursue her true calling had come. As a Real Estate agent, Eva is able to help clients on an even deeper level, working with them to navigate the challenging and ever-changing market, to find the home of their dreams, or produce a successful sale. Eva has studied home values and homeownership throughout the country and truly believes that owning property in California is one of the most powerful things an American can achieve. Eva is there to help her clients achieve that dream.As a Bay Area native born in Walnut Creek, Eva is highly knowledgeable about the various cities and communities that make this area so unique, with the first-hand experience of local schools, market trends, shopping and more. This experience enables her to help her clients make the most educated decisions possible. Eva raised her two sons in the local school district, and attended school here herself, graduating with a degree in Legal Studies at John F. Kennedy University. Aside from working in the Bay Area, Eva loves taking advantage of all it has to offer, from the beautiful hiking and beaches to the amazing shopping and food. She is adamant about giving back to the community in which she lives, and frequently participates in many causes, including Parkinsons Research and elderly care.
